You will require a credit card to book your tour, full payment is taken at time of booking.

I have a dietary restriction, can I still participate?
Answer
We try to cater to most dietary restrictions however as our tour samples a range of products we recommend your reach out to us prior to booking your tour so we can advise on what options are available for you.

How much walking is involved?
Answer
The tour travels for approx. 1.5kms one way with stops every 0.5kms or so. Please note the tour does not return to the start point if you need to get back to the start point or need to walk to the start point from town it will be the same walking distance again.

Can people with limited mobility participate?
Answer
We welcome everyone to participate in the tour however please note that we will be travelling on uneven gravel pathways for most of the tour so please keep this in mind. Whilst we will be walking at a leisurely pace we do have a schedule to keep so please consider your own abilities when booking.

What should I wear?
Answer
As the tour is conducted outside you should wear a hat, light breathable clothing, and comfortable shoes as we will be walking on uneven gravel pathways for most of the tour. It is also advisable to wear sunscreen.

What if it rains?
Answer
Our tours operate even when its raining, if it is raining on the day of your tour we recommend bringing an umbrella or poncho with you to stay dry.

Where and when do we meet the tour?
Answer
Our tours begin on the Ulysses Link Track at the bottom of the main entry stairs to Seadreams Mission Beach: 17 Conch Street Mission Beach.
There will be a meeting point sign to the right of the stairs, if arriving from Conch Street follow the track from the end of the cul-de-sac to the meeting point at the bottom of the stairs.
Please arrive 15mins before your tour start time as our tours will depart at the scheduled time.

Where does the tour end?

The tour will end at the Post Office on Porter Promenade in Mission Beach.

Is there parking where the tour begins?
Answer
As there is limited street parking on Conch Street near the start point.
The tour does not return to the start point so it is recommend to park in the Campbell Street carpark in town. This is near to where the tour ends, you will then be able to walk the approx. 1.5kms down to the start point from there or get a Mission Link Rideshare or Taxi down to Conch Street.

What if I need to re-schedule or cancel my tour?

We understand that circumstances change, please refer to our booking policy below for re-scheduling and cancellation options.
Booking Policy
Tours may be cancelled for a full refund 72hrs prior to the tour start time.
Tours may be rescheduled 24hrs before the tour start time.
